Report an Issue

In Affiner, open Help > Report a Problem. Describe what you were trying to do and what happened, review the optional diagnostics, then choose Submit Report if your build includes it. Reports are sent only when you submit. Copy Report is available for sending a report by email.

Successful submission displays a reference number. Failed submissions stay saved on your computer for an explicit retry.

What to include

• The Affiner version and Windows version
• Steps that reproduce the problem
• What you expected and what happened instead

Review reports before sharing. Remove private writing, file paths, or other personal information that is not needed to explain the issue.
