INSIGHTS AND YOUR ACCOUNT
Start with the overview.
Basic reader counts, starts, completions, completion percentage, and available explicit reactions and reviews are free. Deeper reading behavior requires the appropriate Insights access.
Choose the audience you want to understand.
Beta Insights covers beta reads. Published Insights covers published books. Affiner Complete includes both. Reports use daily aggregates rather than live tracking. Published analytics uses minimum reader samples and suppresses small groups to protect reader privacy.
Keep a report from a particular moment.
Each Snapshot is a separate one-time frozen report tied to its book, edition, reporting period, and reader sample. It does not update when new activity arrives. Saved reports remain available after a subscription expires or a book is archived, unless that report is refunded or revoked.
Find your plans and purchases.
In the Author workspace, open Account > Plans & Purchases for effective access and purchase history. Open Insights > Saved Snapshots for your report library, with book and date filters. Complimentary beta access is assigned to eligible test accounts; signing in alone does not enable every author service.
Paid checkout, paid book purchases, and payouts remain disabled in this beta. Listed prices describe the intended model; no payment is required by the free word processor.

Net revenue is the amount after applicable fees, taxes, and adjustments. It is not the full cover price. Authors choose their book prices; live sales and payouts still require payment-service activation.
